Martin contacted me about a role he thought was a good match for what I was looking for, and he was right. The job suited me perfectly. During the interview process, I found him to be professional, yet more 'natural' than the vast majority of recruitment agency staff. He took the time to ask relevant questions and actually listened to my answers. He also rang me back when he said he would and kept me in the loop constantly with what was happening during the interview process. He got good and very valuable feedback from the employer after my first interview, which helped enormously in the subsequent second and third interviews, and ultimately, helped me to secure the position.
