Having been originally established by founding Director, and current MD, Steve Oldroyd, the construction sales recruitment team is now one of the major players in the Construction sector.

With particular expertise in the KBB, Interiors, Heavyside, and Services sectors, they have longstanding and successful relationships with many employers, large and small.

Today, the team comprises On Target's top performer of many years, Lisa Spiteri, in a Major Account Management role, Daniel Higgins & Ben Farthing, Consultants and David Shannon, Business Development Executive.
