How to get the best out of an interview

  • Ensure that you are not disturbed.
(On Target can offer, free of charge, excellent interview facilities)
  • Ask questions on the following subjects:
    Achievements
    Reasons for leaving
What the candidate is looking for in their next job
What does their current/previous jobs involve
What do they feel they have to offer you
What do they know about your company
  • Be prepared to sell your company and job to the candidate. This is a two way process.
  • Allow the candidate the opportunity to ask questions.
  • Provide detailed feedback on the interview to On Target.
  • If you want to invite them to a second interview inform On Target, and make it clear what will be expected of the candidate.

I am over the moon to be offered the postion and cannot thank you enough for all you have done. I would recommend you and your comapny to anyone I know in sales looking for a new position. If I ever get the chance to come to your office I will buy you lunch!! Once again thank you. Kind regards Eric Glover
