How to get the best out of an interview
- Ensure that you are not disturbed.

- Ask questions on the following subjects:
Achievements
Reasons for leaving
What the candidate is looking for in their next job
What does their current/previous jobs involve
What do they feel they have to offer you
What do they know about your company
- Be prepared to sell your company and job to the candidate. This is a two way process.
- Allow the candidate the opportunity to ask questions.
- Provide detailed feedback on the interview to On Target.
- If you want to invite them to a second interview inform On Target, and make it clear what will be expected of the candidate.
