The Role:

  • The Area Sales Manager will be specifying Windows and Door systems across Central & Eastern England.
  • Projects range will range from Commercial; Office, Retail, Hotel & Leisure to Large Scale Residential (project value generally ranges from £3k - £100k but can exceed that.
  • The Area Sales Manager will manage the whole process of the project cycle from Inception at the Design stage with the Client, Consultant, Architect and Main Contractor, and then will be tracking through to sub-contractors and installers ensuring the completion of sale liaising with accredited and approved fabricating contractors to ensure distribution of their systems.
  • This territory requires New Business skills, therefore a hunger to succeed and drive is required for this role.

The Ideal Person:

  • Ideally have a proven track record in windows fabrication, from manufacturing or sales.
  • Our client is looking for someone who is driven, hungry and target driven.
  • MUST have experience selling to and Account Managing a portfolio of Fabricating Contractors.
  • MUST have experience selling Technical functioning products, not a commodity based products.
  • MUST have energy and passionate for the products and desire to succeed in a commercial sales environment.
  • MUST have a full UK driving license.
