£40K-£57.5K (DOE), Bonus is paid annually worth on average £15k (But uncapped), Company Car (Will be moving to an electric fleet - cars are on order), Pension (Employer will contribute 8%), 25 days annual leave + Death in Service x 4

The Job

      The Role:

      • This is a special opportunity to take on an existing territory and develop existing accounts with new products, coupled with a strong emphasis on opening new accounts within related and new therapy areas.
      • Based from home, you will cover and manage an established customer base, calling on a variety of clinicians and NHS departments.
      • Selling a range of Compression Therapy Products mainly used in vein or oedema treatment.
      • Selling into Hospitals, Community & Private Clinics.Customers base - Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, Breast Care Centres, Tissue Viability, District Nurses, Vascular Units, Phlebology - experts, Maternity, Diabetologits, Rhematologists, Podiatrists, Burns and plastic, Aesthetic Medicine, Private practitioners - mld, Surgeons, Orthotists & Physios.
      • Take ownership for the achievement of your annual sales plan by driving the strategy and execution, while mapping out the mechanics of each customer in order to drive profitable business growth.
      • Maintain relationships with existing customers whilst developing sales with the introduction of new customers and products (50% of role.)
      • Develop new business sales through own networking and prospecting (50% of role).
      • Expected to do 3 visits per day and 10 calls per day.
      • Target is based on percentage growth of the region from previous year. LOADS to go at.!
      • Covering Reading, Southampton, Portsmouth, Guildford, Kingston Upon Thames, Sutton, Croydon, Bromley, Dartford, Medway, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton & South London (Postcodes -RG, SO, PO, GU, KT, SM, CR, BR, DA, ME, CT, TN, BN, S, SE & SW)
      • The Ideal Person

        Ideally someone that comes from a Lymphoedem/Compression background with an understanding of wound healing.

        However will also consider candidates that have a previous track record of selling any medical or healthcare product into the NHS.

        Wants to earn money and prepared to work hard.

        Consultative sales approach and knowing when to ask for the sale/deal/order.

        Know the right questions to ask in order to get the sale.

        Used to working to appointments and manage a diary.

        Understands how to target the appropriate people within accounts and not afraid of cold calling!!

        Driven individual with an ethical approach to sales.
