The Role of the Commercial Contracts Manager
-
As the Commercial Contracts Manager you will review and negotiate commercial contracts for new engineering projects.
-
Your UK law experience will guide the starting relationship between the company and client.
-
Use your Process Valves & Instrumentation including Solenoid, Actuated, Manual and Steam Valves as well as Instrumentation and Gauges engineering knowledge to review contracts.

Your everyday role will be ensuring contracts meet legal and business requirements.

You will be expected to visit clients when needed.

Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to deliver agreed contracts.
-
You will be based from home, but work with teams nationwide.

The Ideal Person for the Commercial Contracts Manager

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Will need to have a good understanding of engineering.

It will be beneficial to your application if you have work experience in a similar role.

Full clean UK driver’s licence.

Team player.

Can work well under pressure.
