The Role of the Commercial Contracts Manager 

• As the Commercial Contracts Manager you will review and negotiate commercial contracts for new engineering projects.  

• Your UK law experience will guide the starting relationship between the company and client.  

• Use your Process Valves & Instrumentation including Solenoid, Actuated, Manual and Steam Valves as well as Instrumentation and Gauges engineering knowledge to review contracts.  

• Your everyday role will be ensuring contracts meet legal and business requirements.  

• You will be expected to visit clients when needed. 

• Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to deliver agreed contracts.  

• You will be based from home, but work with teams nationwide.

The Ideal Person for the Commercial Contracts Manager 

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Law.  

• Will need to have a good understanding of engineering.  

• It will be beneficial to your application if you have work experience in a similar role. 

• Full clean UK driver’s licence.   

• Team player.  

• Can work well under pressure.
