The Role:

  • Regional Sales Manager looking after several Area Sales Representatives that sell Decorative Lighting into the Electrical Wholesale Industry
  • Responsibility of turnover reaching circa £5 million per year with the intention of increasing
  • Covering the Northern region of the Country
  • Motivating and feeding leads and opportunities to create sales for the Area Sales Representatives
  • Planning Sales targets and liaising with Directors to assist in business plans for the Lighting Market
  • Discussing terms of business with the Regional Managers of Electrical Wholesalers to identify business opportunities to sell the full range of lighting into their Branches
  • Responsible for the sales and Turnover of Lighting in the Northern Area
  • Encouragement and career growth of the Area Sales Representatives

The Ideal Person:

  • Having experience in Managing a Team of individuals selling Lighting or Electrical Products
  • Having networked with Regional Managers and Directors in the Electrical Wholesale Industry
  • Experience in motivating a team
  • Being able to develop and continue strong relationship with key figures in the Lighting and Electrical Wholesale Industry would be advantageous
  • The company would also consider someone who has previously had Man- Management experience on an electrical wholesale level
  • The company will also consider candidates from the electrical industry who have are looking to take a step into management from a manufacturer selling to the Electrical Wholesale industry
