The Role of the Regional Specification Manager 

• As the Regional Specification Manager, you’ll be specifying the full range of waterproofing solutions with Architects, Designers and Structural Engineers.  

• You’ll also be tasked with winning new business with Main Contractors, RC Framing Contractors, Groundworkers and Readymix Concrete Suppliers.  

• A key part of the role as Regional Specification Manager is to identify project opportunities through utilising market intelligence and Barbour ABI.  

• This role of Regional Specification Manager will see you target basement/underground structures and ensuring waterproofing solutions are provided.  

• Working as part of a team of 4 in the southern region, you’ll work closely with your colleagues.  

• As the Regional Specification Manager, you’ll be covering London, the home counties and East Anglia.  

• Full training will be provided at the companies Head Office.

The Ideal Person for the Regional Specification Manager 

• The ideal Candidate will have experience of specifying waterproofing solutions through London and the Southeast. 

• Candidates from a Roofing specification background are encouraged to apply.  

• You’ll be confident conducting CPD seminars and talking about the designs.   

• CSSW qualification would be beneficial but not essential.  

• You’ll have energy, passion and personality to join a thriving team.  

• Must have a full driving licence and be commutable to London.
