The Role:

Sales and Business Development Manager – Lubricants

  • As the BDM you will be working for a supplier of lubrication equipment.
  • You will be selling mainly selling to distributors in the automotive sector.
  • You will be selling Lubricants and associated products including mixing units, dispensers pumps and adapters.
  • You will be increasing the spend from existing clients and also generating new leads and closing new business.
  • You will cover the UK however most of your work will be either in the north or south.
  • You will work from home and plan your diary spending some time away from home.
  • You will prepare quotes and present proposals where required.

The Ideal Person:

Sales and Business Development Manager - Lubricants

  • The ideal candidate for this role will be a technical sales person that has sold products to automotive distributors.
  • Ideally you will have sold lubrication and associated products but it is more important that you can demonstrate working with this route to market.
  • It is desired that you have worked a field sales role in the past and are experienced at arranging your own diary and managing your own time while successfully hitting and exceeding targets.
  • If you have sold something that has pumped, doused or measured fluids it will be a strong advantage.
  • You will have a clean driving licence and be willing to spend time away from home.
