The Role of the Service Engineer

Perform on-site servicing and repairs of voltage control panels and pick and place machinery, ensuring optimal functionality and minimising downtime.

Conduct surveys on energy-saving projects, focusing on valves and pumps, and provide detailed explanations to clients on how these solutions can reduce costs and CO2 emissions.

Proactively brief clients on parts nearing expiration to prevent unexpected failures and maintain smooth operations.

Offer installation and commissioning services for a range of equipment including AC drives, DC drives, Servo drives, PLC, and SCADA systems, ensuring seamless integration into existing setups.

Report directly to the Service Manager, providing updates on project progress, challenges encountered, and resolutions implemented.

Collaborate with the Application Engineer, Sales Team, and shop floor personnel to ensure coordinated efforts and timely completion of projects.
