Manchester 'to benefit from building services jobs'

Under a joint project announced between Argent and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund, the structure is to be called One St Peter's Square and it will replace Elizabeth House.
James Nicholson, development director at Argent, stated that the scheme will be a significant commercial development and would form part of the larger goal of transforming the historic part of the city.
He added: "In the coming months we will move forward with the appointment of a contractor for the project and will be actively marketing the building to potential occupiers"
It was recently made known that Countryside Properties has been selected to complete the regeneration of the South Acton estate in London - with the creation of 2,000 new homes.
