The purpose of this document is to detail how On Target processes candidate data within our company and the information collected by the website.

We gather statistical information collectively about all visitors to this website regarding page and service usage.  We only use such data in aggregate form.  This information helps us to improve the services we offer our visitors.

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small data file that is sent from a web server to a web browser when that browser visits the server's site.  Anonymous cookies which do not hold any personal data are used, with your consent, on the otrsales.co.uk website to enable the functioning of the vacancy basket.  Additionally, we use a Webtrends monitoring system to analyse how many visitors come to the site and to track how they use it. Once you have submitted your C.V, you are deemed to have given consent to that data being processed for the purposes of recruitment.

Information submitted to On Target is on the understanding that the information is accurate and true.

The information provided by your C.V and any further communication between yourself and On Target will be placed and stored in our secure database solely for the use of On Target Recruitment in the process of recruitment.

On Target may update the information obtained from your C.V with written or verbal information as directed by you.

Only information applicable in aiding the recruitment process will be added.

On Target does not share or rent your personal information with third parties unless:

• You are seeking employment with a third party organisation through the use of our services and for the purpose of evaluating your suitability the third party organisation requests some or all of the information you have supplied us for this purpose. By submitting your C.V you are deemed to be consenting to the process of your personal data for the purposes stated above.

You are entitled to update your information at any time providing the information is true and accurate.

You are entitled to request a copy of any information about you we have stored in our database.

If at any time you find your stored data to be inaccurate, you are entitled to have that data corrected or erased.
