We aim to be arranging interviews within the hour but, for a variety of reasons, this may not always be possible. We will always give you honest feedback, letting you know if we are struggling and why that might be.

We operate according to our ‘three strong contenders’ principle. Our knowledge, expertise and training enable us to identify which three candidates from our shortlist are the most suitable to be put forward for interview – saving you the time you would normally have to spend making your own pre-selection. We will always give advice to candidates about the compilation of their CV, but we will never ourselves rewrite or tailor a CV to suit a particular application. Apart from the addition of a ‘header’ identifying On Target as the introducer, you will see each candidate’s own words and layout, including contact details (only removed if a candidate requests us to do so).

We always agree in advance the terms you need to be aware of ie fee, rebate period, payment terms.
