At On Target we offer two core services:
Database Search
The fastest way to fill vacancies, complete with our ‘no placement, no fee’ guarantee.
One of our Business Development Executives will discuss with you all your requirements, compiling a comprehensive job specification with which to brief the appropriate sector-specific team of consultants.
Utilising our bespoke candidate database that covers the whole of the UK, our highly experienced and knowledgeable consultants will network with both active and historical candidates and, where appropriate, make direct approaches to individuals not on the database but identified as potential candidates.
Your Lead Consultant will contact you within one hour with a progress update. A shortlist of three candidates (or more if required) is compiled and interview arrangements made for you.
The Lead Consultant will control all interview feedback, keeping you (and the candidates) fully informed throughout the process, as well as job offer management and candidate extraction support right up to the day their employment with you begins.
Retained Consultancy
A recruitment campaign fully managed on your behalf, recommended when the requirements are multiple, senior and/or broad in their remit.
One of our Senior Consultants, experienced in your particular industry sector, will become your main point of contact for the duration of the recruitment process. They will visit you in your offices for an in-depth discussion with all stakeholders. If appropriate, they will also look around your factory or facilities in order to gain a greater insight into your business. From this we will have the necessary information to formulate a proposal for the recruitment campaign.
The proposal may include an advertising campaign and the Senior Consultant will be able to advise on the most appropriate media. We may also recommend that some approach calls be made to specific individuals or particular job titles. All proposed candidate-sourcing methods are supported by the use of our extensive and bespoke candidate database that covers the whole of the UK.

Our Retained Consultancy fees cover all work done in advance of a placement and (if appropriate) advertising costs. The only other costs incurred will be the introductory fee, payable when the successful candidate commences their employment with you.
