Having been originally established by founding Director, and current MD, Steve Oldroyd, the Construction Sales recruitment team is now one of the major players in the Construction sector. With particular expertise in the KBB, Interiors, Heavyside and Services sectors, they have long standing and successful relationships with many employers, large and small.

The Building Services Sales Team

Building Services is one of the core markets that On Target Recruitment specialises in. Focusing on lighting, electrical, HVAC, Building Management, Energy Management and the Mechanical Contracting market, the division has grown organically over many years. Customers depend on our ability to provide qualified technical sales engineers and our expertise has seen many companies grow exponentially as a result of our placements.

The Commercial & Medical Sales Team

The Commercial Sales recruitment team with its diverse expertise and over 15 years experience has achieved market leading positions within, amongst others, the office furniture and supplies, fleet services and professional services sectors. The enviable client base includes manufacturers, dealers, distributors and primary service providers, from SMEs to PLCs.

The Telecoms & IT Sales Team

Having launched this team back in 2010, its development continues with preferred supplier status agreements with many world famous corporates, as well as thriving SMEs.
