The Commercial side of this sector has recently been expanded to include our Industrial client base, focusing on sales and technical roles. Headed up by Managing Consultant Guy Marshall and with a large proportion of national accounts managed by Laura Nicol, it comprises of two specialist niches:

    Justin joined On Target in March 2003 as a Business Development Executive in our former Business Solutions sector. He left the company, but was quickly tempted back into a Senior Consultant role in the Engineering sector. He won the 2009 Performer of the Year award, and was promoted to Managing Consultant, Mechanical and Industrial teams in April 2012. Justin joined the Board in November 2012 to take up the Director, Business Development role and is now responsible for winning new major account business across all the sectors as well as recruiting, training and developing the Business Development team.

    In his spare time, Justin plays squash to a high standard, sails and supports Portsmouth FC.

    We are proud to share with you that we have a London 2017 Triathlon finisher amongst us. Our Business Development Director Justin completed this challenging race on Sunday 23rd in 2 hours and 52 minutes!

    Laura originally joined On Target in January 2000 as a Business Development Executive in the Commercial team. Following a few years away, she returned to the company in July 2006 as a Senior Consultant and now manages the company's largest account within the Commercial & Industrial Solutions sector, as well as managing other National Accounts in other sectors within the company. January 2014 saw Laura promoted to National Account Manager.

    Much of Laura’s spare time is taken up by her children. She is also an avid Arsenal supporter and season ticket holder and is looking forward to them winning more major silverware in the coming season!

    Guy joined On Target in January 2011 as a Consultant, as part of the expansion of the Mechanical and Industrial teams. A graduate with an excellent academic background, Guy quickly demonstrated great business development skills and strong sales ability. Following his role as Consultant in the Industrial team, he continued to build upon his early successes culminating in a promotion to Senior Consultant with effect from January 2015.

    Together with Darren Wrigley, Sales Director, Guy led the amalgamation of the Commercial and Industrial niches and now heads up that whole sector, being promoted to Managing Consultant in January 2017.

    A talented golfer, playing to a handicap of six, when his young daughter allows it, Guy spends much of his spare time on the fairways of Walton Heath. During the week he cycles to work – it’s the perfect excuse to indulge at the weekends.

    Adrien, who was our 2006 Performer of the Year, has accumulated vast experience across a variety of sectors within On Target. He played a significant part in the creation of our Industrial team, continuing to take the team into new markets.

    Having focused on the expansion of the client base as a Business Development Manager, Adrien moved to a Senior Consultant role in 2015 taking responsibility for some of the team's most valuable accounts. He is now a senior member of the newly amalgamated Commercial & Industrial Solutions sector.

    A keen footballer in his spare time, Adrien is also quite the ‘chef’, and enjoys experimenting with dishes to give them a Spanish twist.

    Khadija joined OTR in November 2016 having recently graduated with a 2:1 in Psychology from the University of Roehampton. She is a Resourcer in our recently amalgamated Commercial & Industrial Solutions Sector.

    During her free time Khadija enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her interests consist of watching sports, keeping up with current affairs and watching her favourite TV shows. In addition, Khadija volunteers on the weekends at her local Mind charity shop.

    Jack joined the Industrial Engineering niche in June 2016 to continue expansion of the team. His personable approach to canvassing has already seen him bring on some well recognised clients. He now takes on the wider remit over the Commercial & Industrial Solutions sector.

    During his personal time Jack likes to test his fitness on his road bike in the Surrey Hills. He has participated in the Prudential Ride 100 and this year plans to cycle to from London to Paris in 24 hours. Jack is currently renovating his new home.
