    Bjorn’s superb track record in commercial businesses and customer-facing experience enabled him to embrace his original role as Business Development Executive in the Mechanical team, growing the client base as the team expanded. He narrowly missed out on the 2013 Performer of the Year award with some excellent new business wins.
    During 2014 Bjorn continued his success by moving into a Consultant role and in 2015 was promoted to Senior Consultant. At the beginning of 2016, Bjorn was promoted to Managing Consultant, across the whole Mechanical Engineering Team, and is now Divisional manager of that team.

    Bjorn is a keen runner and swimmer, but his most impressive sporting achievement (perhaps) is his ability to walk 100 metres on his hands – with only the aid of a pint or two, purely for the purposes of careful preparation!

    Having graduated in Business and Marketing, achieving a 2:1 with several distinctions on various modules, Thaleba helped run the family business, before moving into property lettings management. Having made a success of that, she has taken on the role of Resourcing Consultant in our Mechanical Engineering team, sourcing candidates for sales, technical and commercial roles. In January 2018 after a record year, Thaleba was promoted to Consultant and manages some of the teams most important clients.

    Outside work, Thaleba is a make-up artist for fashion shoots and the bridal industry.

    Jordan joined On Target in February 2017 as Resourcer in the Mechanical Engineering sector. Having had a great education, he came from a background in public sector recruitment following a successful retail career. In January 2018 he was appointed Business Development Executive for the team.

    Jordan is very sociable guy and travels as much as he can. He is a massive fan of TV box sets and movies. You will also find him playing FIFA 18 on the PlayStation!
