Role Information

• The Area Sales Manager will be covering the London and Home Counties territory
• Selling the companies full range of manufactured sanitaryware and bathroom furniture via specification with architects, designers and tracking those commercial specifications with the Contractor
• The Area Sales Manager will be heavily involved in the specification tender process for commercial projects, hotels, schools, leisure and health

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Experience selling via specification
• Experience winning specifications with architects and designers
• Self motivated and enthusiastic personality

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Experience selling bathroom products via specification
• Commercial project experience managing the tender process
