JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager/ Area Sales Manager
SELLING: Formwork and Falsework
SELLING TO: Main Contractors, Civil Engineers
TERRITORY: East Anglia and Essex
LOCATION: Within the defined territory
PACKAGE: £30,000 basic £35,000 OTE, company car, mobile, laptop, pension and private healthcare

COMPANY INFORMATION
* Major player within the sales and hire industry of construction equipment
* Multi branched organisation able to service a large geographical area
* Enviable reputation, a company associated with service, reliability and quality

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience within the plant/ tools/ formwork/ flasework/ concrete
* Knowledge of the routes to market including both sale and hire
* Ability to work well as part of a team as you will have lots of contact with branch personnel

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Driven, Hungry, Assertive sales person
* Established contacts with the main contractors within the defined geographical region
* Experience selling direct on sites as well as via head offices

ROLE INFORMATION
* Selling a complete range of construction equipment to include formwork and falsework
* Selling to the contractors in the main but with some diversity
* Managing new business sales as well as account management
