YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Drive, energy and enthusiasm
* Proven track record of managing a field sales team in a 'deal on the day' environment
* Proven track record of personal sales achievement whilst managing your team



ROLE INFORMATION
* Managing, motivating and developing a team of 10 sales people across 6 sites throughout the West Midlands, South West, and South Wales region
* Very much a 'hands on', 'lead from the front role' whereby you will be out with the salespeople finishing and closing deals
* You will be adding value to a mix of new and well established team members to increase sales turnover and profitability within a growing business
