JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Sales Development Executive
SELLING: Motors, Drives and Soft starts
SELLING TO: Distributors and Systems Integrators
TERRITORY: Northern England
LOCATION: You must live on Patch
PACKAGE: £30k basic, £38k OTE + Benefits

COMPANY INFORMATION
* Our client is a specialist designer and manufacturer of soft starters for motors
* Based in the South West over 80% of their sales are to export markets
* They are known internationally as a pioneer in this field

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience of selling to and managing/developing distributor accounts
* 3 years business to business sales experience in motor control, drives or soft starts
* Excellent and proven experience of new business and account management skills


IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Self motivated and dynamic with excellent presentation and organisation
* Higher qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Strong commercial experience

ROLE INFORMATION
* Your responsibility will be to sell motors and drives technology across the north
* You will be responsible for managing and developing distributors and systems integrators
* Working autonomously you will have a free hand to develop your accounts, with 30% of your time focused on new business
