JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Area Sales Specification Manager
SELLING: Selling electric water heaters & shower heaters
SELLING TO: Specifiers
TERRITORY: London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex & Middlesex & Field based
LOCATION: On Patch
PACKAGE: £30k basic with an OTE that should take you up to appx £40k, Company car, Laptop & Mobile Phone

* Group T/O in excess of 1 billion Euros

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience of selling into the specification market
* Experience of selling heating and related products
* Proven track record of success in previous roles

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience of selling a solution
* Positive attitude with high energy.
* The ability to sell at a consultative level
* Proven track record of success in previous role
* The ability to build long lasting profession relationships and proven success of this in the past
