JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
SELLING: Security products / Visitor Management Solutions
SELLING TO: Public Sector - Primarily the Education sector.
TERRITORY: Norwich / Newmarket / Cambridge / Peterborough / East Anglia / Field based
LOCATION: On Patch
PACKAGE: £24,000 basic £33,000 OTE plus pension, car, healthcare

COMPANY INFORMATION
* Our client's products range from visitor management solutions, to inspection and Identification solutions.
* They have been developing innovative products for over half a century. These products have enabled all types of organisations across Europe to operate more efficiently, whilst at the same time satisfying local legislative requirements.
* With offices and sales teams covering the whole of the UK as well as Europe our client can offer a localised product and service, meeting the requirements of all different types and sizes of organisation.
* You will find their products in 80% of the Times Top 1000 Companies.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* A proven track record in business to business field sales.
* You will come from a structured sales background and have been taught and understand the structure of the sales process.
* You will need to be able to demonstrate Sales process & Development plans
* You will have the ability to 'think outside the box' ultimately winning accounts that may not have been achieved using conventional acquisition strategy.

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Industry experience is not a pre-requisite the most important thing is that you are dynamic, relentless, a 'go-getter'.
* You will not necessarily have had to have sold in to the public sector previously.
* Experience in Media, Software, Franking Machines Sales would be advantageous.

ROLE INFORMATION
* The successful candidate will be responsible for selling security solutions (either paper based or electronically based) to the SME and Corporate Market.
* Attending twelve appointments per week.
* Closing 25 deals per Quarter.
* You will be supported by an internal team coupled with initial and ongoing training.
* Autonomous working from home role.
