YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING

* A proven track record in a customer services or account management role
* It is essential that you come from a fast paced environment
* You MUST have business to business experience
* You MUST have job stability
* You must be personable and well presented and be able to communicate with people at all levels.


IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

* Ideally you will have experience within the parcel delivery services industry but this is not essential


ROLE INFORMATION

* Non- targeted, Non-sales role
* You will be visiting our clients' existing customers throughout South East London and Kent to provide excellent customer services.
* You will be calling on all types of business, strengthening relationships, dealing with any issues and queries in order to retain the overall business and free up the sales and account managers to do their job
* This is a new role within the business and longer term, subject to performance, you will be given the opportunity to develop a team and head up this division
* This would suit either a career Customer Services person or an Account Manager who is keen to move out of a targeted environment.
