JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Regional Specification Sales Manager
SELLING: External envelope insulation and membranes
SELLING TO: Main Contractors, House Building Contractors, Architects and Specifiers.
TERRITORY: Norfolk, Suffolk, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
LOCATION: You must live as central to Luton as possible.
PACKAGE: £35k Basic £42k OTE + package
COMPANY INFORMATION
* Manufacturer of envelope insulation.
* Established company
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience selling to the specification market.
* Enthusiastic personality
* Sales experience with external insulation or other heavy side products.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience of selling into the specification market
* Ability to plan effectively
ROLE INFORMATION
* Generating orders of up to £70k value from a territory with T/O worth £7m
