JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager/Spec Manager
SELLING: Concrete pipes, manholes & coverslabs
SELLING TO: Civil Merchants, groundwork contractors, civil contractors, civil consultants & structural engineers
TERRITORY: West Midlands + Derby, Leicester & Northampton
LOCATION: On Patch
PACKAGE: £30k - £38k on the basic + £10k bonus, Company car, fuel card, pension, mobile, laptop & home office set up

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience of selling into Civil Merchants, groundwork contractors, civil contractors or civil consultants & structural engineers
* Experience of selling a civil heavyside related product
* Experience of gaining specifications within the civil's arena with a proven track record of success

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Commercially aware and be able to demonstrate business acumen
* Positive attitude with high energy.
* The ability to sell at a consultative level
* Great relationship building skills

* There will be existing accounts that will be passed but they are looking for someone to come in and also make/break specs for them
