JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Commercial Area Sales Manager
SELLING: Commercial & Industrial Central Fugal Pumps
SELLING TO: Mechanical Consultants, Mechanical Contractors & distributors
TERRITORY: Manchester / Liverpool / Preston / Chester / Carlisle / North West/ Field based
LOCATION: On Patch
PACKAGE: £35k basic salary with a £6k bonus, Company car, Pension, Healthcare, pension, blackberry & laptop

COMPANY INFORMATION
* Established in the UK for over 20 years
* UK turnover in excess of £20million
* Very well know in the industry

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience of selling either commercial valves, commercial boilers or commercial pumps
* Experience of selling to commercial building service contractors & consultants
* Proof of success in previous role

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Positive attitude with high energy.
* The ability to sell at a consultative level
* Experience in developing and managing accounts
* Commercially aware and be able to demonstrate business acumen

ROLE INFORMATION
* Selling our clients full commercial range of products (Pumps, Boosters sets, press units, etc...)
* Selling to Mechanical Consultants (40%) & Mechanical Contractors/distributors (60%)
* This is a new business focused role but from an existing book of contacts. Very project orientated
