PACKAGE: £70,000 £90,000 ote, car allowance, laptop, mobile

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience in vehicle contract hire
* Proven track record in sales team leadership in the contract hire market
* Ability to motivate a sales team to hit targets

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Experience specifically in truck contract hire
* Proven track record in personal sales in the truck contract hire market
* Proactive mentality

ROLE INFORMATION
* Management of a team of 6 direct sales people
* Pure people management role
* Dealing with target setting for the sales team.
* Regular appraisals with the team
