LOCATION: Basingstoke, Woking, Bracknell, Guildford, Winchester, Crawley, Reading, Newbury, Andover, Staines, Chertsey
PACKAGE: £30k- £40k basic, £50k OTE but uncapped commission, Pension, Healthcare, Car

* Key partner to all market leading manufacturers
* Providing both commercial and industrial cooling solutions
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* HVAC Controls experience
* Good business acumen
* Knowledge of the M&E contractor market
* Leadership qualities
* Will consider Technical/Service Managers with commercial awareness
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* An electrical or building services engineering qualification
* Man-management - Branch Management experience
ROLE INFORMATION
* Running a successful HVAC controls branch
* Responsible for full P+L of the branch as well as 4 staff
* Selling HVAC controls in contractors and local authorities.
