JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager
SELLING: Selling heating & ventilation pumps
SELLING TO: OEM'S / Distribution / Construction Markets
TERRITORY: West Midlands
PACKAGE: £35k basic, £41k OTE, + Fantastic training and development opportunities, Company Car, Pension after probation, laptop, mobile

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Previous Track Record in the building services arena
* Desire to succeed in a sales environment
* Able to work from home and manage your own time

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
* Area Sales Management experience
* Knowledge of the Heating & Ventilation Market.
* Commercial pumps experience
* Ability to plan effectively and deal with high profile accounts

ROLE INFORMATION
* Selling Pumps into the distribution and construction markets
* Based in West Midlands area
* Dealing directly with OEM's, distributors and construction markets.
* Part of a wider UK sales team that has a reputation for success and a 'reward culture'
