The Job

• You will join us on your initial training course as either a Business Development Executive or a Consultant
• As a Business Development Executive you will sell our services to clients over the telephone, predominantly building on our existing database of clients, identifying their needs and compiling job specifications as well as sourcing potential new clients
• As a Consultant you will interview, assess and match candidates to vacancies and preselect, shortlist and arrange interviews with our clients
• Training will continue throughout your career, both through formal courses and on the job

The Person

• Graduate calibre, dynamic, money hungry
• High energy levels, high personal expectation levels, tenacious
• Determined, like working to targets and resilient
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• At ease on the telephone almost all day, talking to people from all walks of life
• Living within easy commuting distance or prepared to relocate
